SUMMARY:Clatsop County SAR/MRC Exercise
DESCRIPTION:Provide moulage for a joint Clatsop County Search and Rescue (SAR) and Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) of Cannon Beach teams. The scenario will be injured individuals in a building that SAR locates\, extracts and gets to MRC for triage area forn treatment.  It will also include\, in a few cases\, MRC working in the building to stabilize injuries before SAR extracts the individual.
