Cascadia Moulage began as a multi-agency, UASI-funded project in the Portland Metro region. Over the years, our network has grown to over 100 trained moulage artists, most of whom have a background in medicine or emergency response. Our artists support events throughout Oregon and SW Washington

Cascadia Moulage generally participates in 10-20 events a year, ranging from local field exercises for volunteers to large multi-agency disaster drills for professional responders and medical personnel. We’ve partnered with law enforcement, fire & rescue, CERT teams, hospitals, schools and colleges, and others to bring a degree of realism to training and exercise. Cascadia Moulage also offers moulage training and is constantly looking to build our network of trained artists.
